Pristine Outfitter is an independent luxury reseller offering selected watches, handbags, jewelry, accessories, fashion, collectibles, and related services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any portion of the website or our services at any time, subject to applicable law.

Pristine Outfitter is an independent reseller.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by the manufacturers, designers, or trademark owners of products offered through our website.

Brand names, model names, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property appearing on the website belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes.

By using our website or purchasing from us, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

You may not use our website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, unauthorized, or prohibited purpose.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present each item accurately, including its brand, model, reference, material, color, dimensions, condition, accessories, and other relevant information where available.

Luxury merchandise may include:

Because many items are unique or pre-owned, natural variations, signs of storage, aging, patina, minor handling, previous servicing, restoration, polishing, or other characteristics may be present.

5. Condition & Photography

Photographs form an important part of every product description.

We make reasonable efforts to photograph and describe significant condition characteristics. However, photographs may not reproduce every detail perfectly, and color can vary depending on lighting, photography, screen calibration, leather, material, finish, and viewing device.

Normal variations inherent to natural materials are not necessarily defects.

For pre-owned and vintage items, reasonable signs of age and use should be expected unless the item is expressly described as new or unworn.

Customers are encouraged to request additional photographs, measurements, videos, or condition information before completing a purchase.

6. Authenticity

Pristine Outfitter has zero tolerance for counterfeit merchandise and does not knowingly offer counterfeit items for sale.

Items offered for sale are reviewed for authenticity using available identifying characteristics, documentation, provenance, specialist knowledge, and/or third-party resources as appropriate to the particular item.

Authentication review may include consideration of construction, craftsmanship, materials, hardware, markings, serial or reference information, date codes, movements, provenance, documentation, and other relevant characteristics.

No single characteristic, certificate, box, receipt, serial number, accessory, or other feature should independently be considered proof of authenticity.

If you have a genuine concern regarding the authenticity of an item purchased from Pristine Outfitter, please contact us promptly and provide your order information together with any supporting documentation or authentication findings.

If an item purchased from Pristine Outfitter is determined to be inauthentic by the original manufacturer or by a qualified independent authentication authority accepted by Pristine Outfitter, the purchase may qualify for a full refund under our Authenticity Guarantee, subject to our Refund Policy and applicable law.

7. Product Availability

Many of our products are unique or available in very limited quantities. Displaying an item on our website does not guarantee that it remains available.

An item may simultaneously be:

• Available online
• Reserved for another client
• Under negotiation
• Available through a sourcing partner
• Sold through another channel
• Removed from availability

We reserve the right to cancel an order when an item is no longer available. If payment has already been collected for an unavailable item, the applicable amount will be refunded.

8. Prices

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our U.S. website are shown in U.S. dollars.

Prices may change without notice before an order is accepted.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, inventory, or product-information errors.

If an obvious pricing or listing error is discovered after an order is submitted, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid, subject to applicable law.

9. Orders Are Subject to Acceptance

Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance by Pristine Outfitter.

We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to review, verify, decline, limit, hold, or cancel an order.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the amount due in accordance with the applicable payment method and law.

10. High-Value Purchase Verification

Due to the nature and value of the merchandise we sell, certain transactions may require additional verification.

Customers are responsible for applicable sales, use, import, customs, VAT, GST, or other taxes and government charges unless those amounts are collected by Pristine Outfitter at checkout or otherwise expressly included in the purchase price.

14. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our separate Shipping & Delivery Policy.

We use shipping and logistics providers selected according to the item, destination, value, insurance requirements, and service level.

High-value shipments may require:

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for being available to receive shipments requiring signature or verification.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates only.

16. Exotic Materials & Regulated Items

Certain luxury goods containing exotic skins, wildlife materials, or other regulated materials may be subject to CITES, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service requirements, or other applicable import and export restrictions.

Examples may include certain crocodilian, alligator, lizard, ostrich, or other wildlife-derived materials depending on species, origin, destination, age, and applicable regulations.

Some items may:

• Not be eligible for international shipping
• Require export or re-export documentation
• Require import permits
• Require additional processing time
• Be limited to certain destinations
• Require specialized delivery arrangements

An online purchase does not override applicable wildlife, customs, import, or export laws.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a shipment where required documentation cannot reasonably be obtained or where shipment would violate applicable law.

17. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Pristine Outfitter does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except where covered by our Authenticity Guarantee or where otherwise required by applicable law.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds because of change of mind, buyer's remorse, preference, sizing, color preference, or because an item does not meet a customer's subjective expectations when the item was accurately represented before purchase.

Personal sourcing, special-order purchases, reservations, deposits, customized items, and merchandise secured specifically at a client's request are final sale, subject to any transaction-specific terms disclosed before payment and applicable law.

Customers should carefully review our Refund Policy before placing an order.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

18. Personal Sourcing & Special Orders

Pristine Outfitter may assist clients with locating products that are not currently available through our online inventory.

Sourcing services may involve specific brands, references, models, colors, materials, sizes, configurations, or other requirements.

Availability, pricing, timing, and condition can change quickly in the secondary luxury market.

Before a special sourcing transaction is finalized, we may provide additional terms regarding:

• Deposits
• Payment deadlines
• Sourcing fees
• Cancellation rights
• Final-sale status
• Expected delivery
• Condition
• Authentication
• International shipping
• Other transaction-specific requirements

Where transaction-specific written terms conflict with these general Terms, the transaction-specific terms will control to the extent permitted by law.

19. Deposits & Reservations

Where Pristine Outfitter agrees to reserve an item or undertake a special sourcing request in exchange for a deposit, the applicable deposit terms will be communicated before payment.

A deposit may be non-refundable where clearly disclosed in advance and permitted by law, particularly where we incur costs or secure an item specifically on the client's behalf.

20. Restoration, Authentication & Valuation Services

Where Pristine Outfitter offers authentication, valuation, restoration coordination, or related services, additional terms may apply.

A valuation represents an opinion based on available information, condition, market observations, and circumstances at the time of review. It is not a guarantee that an item will sell for a particular amount.

Restoration or repair services involving third-party specialists may also be subject to the specialist's terms, estimates, limitations, and timelines.

21. No Investment Advice

Information regarding historical pricing, market values, rarity, collectability, resale value, or market demand is provided for informational purposes only.

Luxury goods can increase or decrease in value.

Nothing on our website constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and we do not guarantee future resale value or investment performance.

22. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website's original design, written content, photographs owned by Pristine Outfitter, graphics, branding, logos, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Pristine Outfitter.

You may not reproduce, commercially exploit, distribute, modify, scrape, republish, or use our original content without permission, except as permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

23. Reviews, Messages & User Submissions
